Fun at the beach...

We are in Destin, Florida for the week with our good friends Carrie, Sean & their daughter Savannah.

Abby experienced the beach and sand for the first time and was apprehensive at first but warmed up to the sand and ended up playing and digging in it. Alex has become very confident in the pool, a bit over confident in my opinion, but I'm glad he enjoys swimming and jumping off the side into our arms. We will definitely be signing him up for swimming lessons soon, maybe in the fall, I'm sure he will catch on quickly since he loves being in the water. It has been nice to get away, except that Abby has been our alarm clock and has been waking us up at 6am every morning. Alex looks so grown up in this picture, what happened to my baby?
