Pictures taken after dinner...
We went out to dinner at Longhorn and after dinner the kids were restless so I took them outside while JB and his parents took care of the bill. The landscaping was gorgeous and when Alex got up on one of the big boulder he said "Mommy, take my picture". I didn't have my camera but I had my phone, I think the pictures came out really good. I wish I had a real camera with me (it is usually in my purse but I had uploaded pictures and left it on the desk). I may have to go back there just to get some good pics of the kids!
"have you hugged a rock recently"
There is a huge delay when I take photos with my phone, this would have been an awesome picture if there wasn't a delay.

Clyde and his treats...
Alex decided he was going to get Clyde some treats and he proceeded to give him two of each kind, with my blessing, of course. Clyde has been doing okay. He has his moments of coughing, especially at night, but is completely himself otherwise; still barks at UPS, FedEx and mail trucks, along with any other type of service vehicle that goes down our street, oh, and our neighbors every time they come into their driveway (we have lived here for 3 years). He also gets super excited when we get home and is sure to get us one of his prized toys to greet us with. He hears the words "park" or "walk" and stands patiently by the door since he knows he will be going with us. He asks for treats by staring us down until we ask him what he wants and he goes directly to his drawer in the kitchen and nudges it with his nose. I love this doggie!

Our visit to Georgia...
The kids and I had a great time visiting my family in Georgia. My parents, my sisters and their children and my Aunt and cousin Gab were all there. We had a great time spending time by the pool, visiting the Georgia Aquarium and relaxing at my parents house. It was great to see my niece and nephews, they are growing up so quickly, it is crazy how time seems to be flying by.
My niece Meghan and my cousin Gabriella. They are best buds! I didn't see much of them since they were busy catching up on everything since they had seen each other last time (which was Christmas)
All 5 grand kids; Meghan, Luke, Abby, Cooper, Alex
Abby and Luke at the aquarium
Me and the kids in front of the huge tank, it was bigger than a movie theatre screen, so cool!

The gang....My Dad, Me with Cooper and Alex, Abby is next to me but hard to see, my sister Kelly, my Mom, Gabriella and Aunt Kathy. Carrie was taking the picture and Meghan and Luke were at the wall getting a close up view.

Meghan, Gab & Aunt Kathy at the Stingray tank, you could touch them if you wanted to
This is the penguin exhibit where you could crawl into a tunnel and come up in these tubes to get a close up view of the penguins. At this time they were all gathered around the feeding station so they weren't walking around the tubes like they normally would have been doing. That is my Mom in the first tube and Kelly with Luke in the other tube.

The boys all got remote control cars. They had a blast racing them on the driveway and then Carrie built a small ramp they could jump off of. So much fun!
After the aquarium we went to the splash park at Centennial Park, where the Olympic opening ceremony was held. The kids all had a good time, it was a great hot, humid day for it!
