Alex is 6! Where does the time go?? I can remember being in the delivery room like it was yesterday, probably because it was one of the longest days of my life, but it was all worth it. Alex is the funniest little boy I know, he is always joking around and having a good time. He has a heart of gold and truly loves his little sister. He doesn't like to be away from her and when he is he always wants to know what she did when he wasn't there. He thinks of Abby constantly and if he gets candy or anything else he is sure to save a piece to share with her. He is a lover and gives the best hugs and kisses and gets upset if you don't give him at least 3 kisses and hugs and "I love you, good night" at bedtime. We love our 6 year old and look forward to another fun year full of adventure!
Birthday celebrations started last week at Incredible Dave's, then this weekend (his actual birthday) was celebrated by going out to dinner and bowling and next weekend we are having his party at Rocksport, a rock climbing facility. The birthday festivities continue and Alex is loving it.
This is Alex's first attempt at rock climbing and he made it to the top fast! His party will be a blast when he can climb with all his buddies.

A visit to the zoo in January, it was a warm January day so we went to the zoo. It wasn't crowded at all so we stayed at the Polar Bear Exhibit for awhile and watched the polar bear swim and play.
After the zoo we had a "snack" at Krispy Kreme. We rarely eat donuts so this was an extra special treat.
