Mother/Son Event at Camp Hi-Ho...

Alex and I had such a fun time at Camp Hi-Ho for the Mother/Son event that their school hosted.  We spent 4 hours together and playing, so much fun!!

"Come on Mom, let's go to the canoes"

Alex caught a BIG fish (it's on the shore line), it snapped the line it was so big.

The second fish Alex caught was a Blue Gill.

Baseball...

I've been enjoying this baseball season watching Alex play for the Braves!  It's a fun, competitive environment and he thoroughly enjoys the game!

I thought this was a cool picture with the ball about to hit the bat!

Mother's Day 2015...

We had a great Mother's day!  I couldn't ask for better kiddos that made me a Mom, love them to the moon and back!

Abby said she wanted to be closed up in the box so I could unwrap her.  What a thoughtful present, love this girl!

Biggest card ever, I love it!

Baseball!

We went to the Louisville Bats game and had a blast!

Abby with her friend Paige
Jake the Diamond Dog was so cute to watch!

Neighborhood Yard Sale...

The kids enjoyed going to the neighbors house to see what they could buy.  Alex bought a bucket of Lego's for 50 cents and Abby got a Derby hat for $1.  Bargain hunters!

Derby 2015...

It was a busy, but fun, weekend!  We went to dinner Friday night and then stopped by the Kroger that makes the Derby garland, it was such a cool experience.  The amount of work that goes into it is amazing.  Saturday was spent going to Chuck E Cheese, and then home to watch the Derby on TV, and we created our own derby race with a few horse balloons, so much fun!  Sunday we went to Kentucky Kingdom and the kids had a blast!

A little bit of grocery shopping and the kids did the majority of the work, it was great!  They had little carts, loaded them up, put everything on the belt and then loaded the car.  Such good helpers!  Love them!

Our own Derby race!
