Moving, Christmas, a road trip to VA and a kitten....

We've been busy!!  We moved the Monday before Christmas into our new home and then celebrated Christmas, went to Virginia to see my family and got a kitten!  Today was the first day back to school from Christmas break (we had two snow days because of extremely low temperatures).

Abby's room is all Cinderella, so cute!

Christmas Caroling at the Nursing Home...

Alex's class went on a field trip to the nursing home and sang Christmas Carols.  They were so cute and sang really well.  The residents enjoyed listening to them and receiving the handmade cards the kids made.

The difference of 6 years...

This made me laugh when I saw this picture...Alex 6 years ago and then this year, with the same pose.  Such a cutie!  I love this little man!

Santa (again)...

We went to see Santa and he arrived on a fire truck, so cool!

Building a train...

We went to Lowe's a built wooden trains.  Abby had a project for school where she had to bring Flat Gingy (the Gingerman's sister), so we took her along and got their picture building the train.  It was fun and the kids had a blast!

All dressed up!

Abby went on a field trip with her Kindergarten class to see the Nutcracker, she loved it!

Christmas Cheer....

How much can we do on our long Thanksgiving break?  We decorating the house and Christmas tree, went on a trolley ride, went downtown for a walk, did a little shopping and then went to see Santa and go on a sleigh ride with him!  So much fun!  Love these kiddos and how excited they get when Christmas rolls around.

I love this picture and how the kids are still mesmerized watching the garbage truck
