Playing in the rain...

We left the gym and it was pouring down rain, so when we got home I decided to let the kids play in the rain. They thought it was the best thing ever! Sassy??

1st attempt at Easter Pictures...

We went to our favorite place for photos the other day and they are okay, but not the best. We will have to try again! Alex is at the age where he has a fake smile and Abby is so sassy she decided the day we went that she didn't want her picture taken, really?!

Flying high above Louisville...

I got an email from the daycare that said they are doing "scenic tours of Louisville by airplane" for free, for students. How cool would that be? So, I signed all of us up. What a great time in a small 4 seater airplane we had! We went on separate flights since each airplane only held 4 people, but we had a good time. Alex loved every minute and Abby was unsure, but at the end she said it was fun. What an awesome experience!

Disney on Ice...

I took Abby to see Disney Princesses on Ice with my neighbors, Jamie & Claire. We had a great time. The hightlight of the show was Abby seeing Minnie Mouse, she was in awe, so cute!

Alex swimming...

The pictures are not the best, but Alex is having a blast taking swimming lessons. Look at those legs kicking!

Gymnastics & Swimming...

We signed Abby up for gymnastics and Alex up for swimming lessons at All About Kids, today was their first day and they seemed to enjoy it. Abby loved her leotard, Alex wouldn't stand still for a picture (as ususal).

Happy St. Patrick's Day...

The kids are ready for St. Patrick's Day! It is going to be gorgeous weather here so they wore there new shirts and proudly displayed their new Irish bears they got from Daddy! So cute!
Abby bumped her face and insisted on having a band-aid (even though there was no blood), since they make everything better!

A night out without kids...

We went to Jamie & Brian's (JB's cousin) wedding Saturday and had a wonderful time! It was nice to get out together without the kids.

Looking up to Daddy...

Alex thinks it is great fun when Daddy "shaves" his face (he uses the back of the razor). This morning he showed me his freshly "shaved" face and said "now, I look like Daddy", so cute!

Abby has to get in on the action so JB put shaving cream on her face and she laughed hysterically, so funny!

Spring is around the corner...

Spring is right around the corner and we had warmer weather the other day so we took a trip to the park, we are SO ready for spring, and summer (see Abby in her new 'kini)?
